Betsy Munnell

This is a tremendous article, clearly setting forth the developments that inform the steady (and overdue) deterioration of the old model for law firms and delivery of legal services. Worthy of a careful read by all practitioners, from large law firm managing partners to solo practitioners--especially as to the core change--ditching the tired old billable hour for value based fees. Sound, articulate sources. (Jordan Furlong is always at his prescient best on this topic.)

One question--can you report on O'Melveny's progress to date in fulfilling its promise to switch over to value billing?
